Sulphur Springs Police arrested Amanda Kay Johnson, 27, and Ronald Donald Tucker, 27, for Injury to a Child with Intent. Once again, drug use in their residence on South Broadway had an adverse affect on the children in the home, according to a member of the Special Crimes Unit.
