Arkansas Man Arrested by Cumby Police for Unlawful Possession of Firearm
When the Cumby Police Officer conducted a Terry frisk on Emmitt Riley, 60, of Monticello, Arkansas, following a traffic stop, the officer found a bag of marijuana sitting atop a derringer pistol in Riley’s front right pocket. May 18, 2018 – In a revocation of probation conducted Thursday in Eighth Judicial District Court, Jimmy De Odell, 60, was sentenced to 10 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
