With rain and cooler temperatures, Hopkins County early voting numbers decreased Tuesday. Only 186 ballots were cast with 169 Republican Primary votes and 17 Democrat Primary votes cast. Early voting continues at a steady pace in Hopkins County. On Monday, February 22, registered voters casting ballots numbered 267.
