City Purchases Trolley

The city of Sulphur Springs has purchased the Downtown Business Alliance Trolley. The city was actually a minority owner of the vehicle but bought the trolley outright for $4,000. Tuesday morning City Manager Marc Maxwell Tuesday said the city owned 40% of the trolley before the purchase.
