Homeowner Discharging Firearm Averts Burglary

A 20-year old Sulphur Springs man and an 18-year old Sulphur Springs woman were arrested just before 12:30 a.m. Thursday for breaking into two vehicles outside a residence on Reservoir Street. A 44-year old Burleson man was arrested in a Sulphur Springs lounge Tuesday night after a disturbance. The man is accused of hitting the bartender and owner in the face with a pool cue.
