Blackmon Enters Day Two at State Golf Tourney
Wildcats’ golfer Brody Blackmon shot a 74 on the first day of the State Class 5A Golf Tournament at Wolfdancer Golf Club in Lost Pines near Bastrop on Monday. Wildcats’ golfer Brody Blackmon began play Monday morning in the State Class 5A Golf Tournament. It will continue through Tuesday at the Wolfdancer Golf Club located at the Hyatt Regency in Lost Pines outside of Austin near Bastrop. Lady Cats Open Bi-District Play at Home Thursday
Lady Cats softball begins playoff action Thursday, April 28th, with a best of three bi-district series against Corsicana. Thursday night, the Lady Cats host at Lady Cat Park at 6:30 p.m. and then travel to Corsicana for game two Friday night at 6:30. If a third game is needed, the two teams meet at North Forney High School field at 1 p.m. Saturday.
