Early voting continues at a steady pace in Hopkins County. On Monday, February 22, registered voters casting ballots numbered 267. Terry Allen Carver, 29, of Grand Saline was arrested Tuesday by Hopkins County Deputy Walt Kimmel. Hopkins County law enforcement was running traffic along State Highway 154 when, as stated in the arrest report, Sgt. PARIS – Texas Department of Transportation officials today announced that Austin Bridge & Road Services LP will begin resurfacing Interstate Highway 30 in Franklin County in Northeast Texas on Feb. 25.
