Shotgun Discharged During Assault
Hopkins County Deputies were advised that a weapon was involved in a disturbance on FM 71 West Wednesday. When they arrived and began their investigation, they found that James Michael Janway, 61, had displayed and discharged a shotgun during an assault on his nephew. Janway is in Hopkins County Jail charged with Aggravated Assault Family with a weapon and is being held on a $75,000 bond.

David (Dave) Gulley Sr. joined his gracious Heavenly Father and Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 9, 2016 at the age of 91.
