Ohio Man Arrested on I-30 for Cocaine, Heroin, Promethazine
In a traffic stop by a Hopkins County Deputy at the 136 mile marker on I-30, William L. Durr, 38, of Youngstown, Ohio (picture not available at time of publication) was arrested for possession of Heroin, Cocaine, and Promethazine.
