More voters turned out during early voting than on election day for the City of Sulphur Springs election that  put three new individuals in Place 1, 2, and 3 of the Sulphur Springs City Council for the next three years. Sulphur Springs Police were dispatched to the 800 block of Brinker Street regarding a disturbance. When they arrived, they found James Ray Rose, 57, yelling at two men in the front yard of the residence.
