Shatobia Keoshia Clayton, 29, of Sulphur Springs was sentenced to 10 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in Eighth Judicial District Court Monday. Clayton was arrested Monday night May 2, 2016, on a 2nd degree felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 more than 4-grams but less than 200-grams with Intent to Deliver. Corey Allen Duvall-Kenyon, 19, of Sulphur Springs was arrested at his residence on Ninth Street when a Sulphur Springs Police officer performed a pat down for weapons.
