A man stumbling about and causing a disturbance in a box-store parking lot in the city exhibited signs of intoxication Wednesday evening around 8 p.m. Sulphur Springs Police arrested Christopher Leon Huddleston, 37 of Sulphur Springs. A plea bargain agreement for Patrick Warren Nichols, Jr, 48, will send him to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for 15 years with aggravated parole rules.
