The District 14-2A Cross Country meet was held Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at North Hopkins ISD. The Trojans and Lady Trojans of Cumby had a successful day at the races. Cumby Robotics Win Again!
According to Lee Gifford, spokesperson for Cumby ISD, the robotics teams competed at Berkner High School in Richardson on Feb. 11th and were tournament champions and also won the excellence award. They will compete at the regional/state competition Feb. 25th in Greenville.

The two Cumby High School Robotics teams were named tournament champions at the Richardson Berkner Vex Starstruck One completion Saturday, January 14, 2017. Cumby ISD Robotics Teams 6834A and 6834Z competed in Houston, Texas on Saturday January 7, 2017 and qualified for the National Championship to be held in Iowa in April.
