The Lady Cats’ volleyball team surprised a powerful Forney team by winning the first set of their bi-district match before the Lady Jackrabbits rallied to win three sets in a row for a 3-1 win Tuesday night in Edgewood. Once again Hopkins County showed its’ strength in cross country at the regional meet Saturday at Lynn Creek Park in Grand Prairie. In boys Class 1A, Saltillo was first in the region.
