As October began the current Hopkins County Jail was found to be out of compliance with state jail standards after an inspection Thursday, October 1. Vasquez Brother Arrested in October 11th Shooting
A second man has been charged in a shooting incident that took place October 11, 2015 on Ingram Street in Sulphur Springs.
