At 3 p.m. Thursday, December 3, 2015, the National Weather Service in Fort Worth issued a Flood Warning for the South Sulphur River near Cooper affecting Delta and Hopkins Counties. A second home burglary in two days in the city of Sulphur Springs was reported Tuesday. There appear to be some similarities. The second break-in occurred at a home in the south part of town.
