A prisoner transport passing through Hopkins County profited from the new accommodations at the Hopkins County jail. Approximately 13 were housed overnight locally Thursday night. The prisoner transport vehicle broke down in the county. With a jail capacity of 192, the additional prisoners did not move the facility toward non-compliance with jail standards.
