Seven counts of Prohibited Sexual Conduct charges have been filed against David Allen Woolverton, 35. Woolverton, of Como is in Hopkins County Jail being held on a $20,000 bond for each charge. The conduct with a family member began in 2011 and has continued until the arrest. Valirie Ann Hicks, 34, of Pittsburg was transferred from Titus County to Hopkins County Jail. Hicks was arrested on three warrants issued by the Eighth Judicial District Court and one issued by the County Court. She has been in Hopkins County Jail previously.
