When Sulphur Springs Police were called to the parking lot of a business on Posey Lane and State Highway 154, they found the victim of an assault. A Sulphur Springs Special Crimes Unit began in investigation of Ronald Edwin Otto, 60, of Sulphur Springs, for the possession and sale of methamphetamine. During the investigation, two purchases of methamphetamine were made. When the warrants for the sales were served, Otto admitted to having methamphetamine in his residence on Rosemont Street.
