Lady Cats Basketball Coach Brittney Tisdell says when she is scouting and sizing up an opponent, she considers if they may be susceptible to the press. Out of County Birth Certificates Cannot Be Printed Locally Beginning December 28, 2018 Until January 2, 2019
Hopkins County Clerk’s Office will not be able to print birth certifications for other Texas counties beginning December 28, 2018 until January 2, 2019, due to a state program update.
