At what is being described by Sulphur Springs Police as an all-night get together on Pampa Street, an altercation led to the shooting death of Joshua Paul Cowling, 38. Arrested at the scene of the incident was Aaron Tyler Crum, 26. Crum is charged with murder and is in Hopkins County Jail being held on a $1-million bond.
