Marshall Man Arrested Following Traffic Stop
David Joel Dean, 38, of Marshall, told the Hopkins County Deputy that he had marijuana in his pocket. The confession came as a pat down search was initiated following a traffic stop at the 126 mile marker on I-30 Tuesday afternoon.
