Fewer Early Voters Tuesday

With rain and cooler temperatures, Hopkins County early voting numbers decreased Tuesday. Only 186 ballots were cast with 169 Republican Primary votes and 17 Democrat Primary votes cast. Terry Allen Carver, 29, of Grand Saline was arrested Tuesday by Hopkins County Deputy Walt Kimmel.
