Weekend early voting for the March 1st Primary gave opportunity for 185 to cast ballots Saturday and 53 to vote on Sunday. Early voting continues through Friday, February 26, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the Sulphur Springs ISD Administration Board Room on Connally Street.
Saturday Republicans 175 and 10 Democrats voted. On Sunday, 52 Republicans and one Democrat voted.
Early voting totals have reached 1,372 votes cast. Of that number, 1,266 Republican and 106 Democrats have cast ballots.
