PARIS – Texas Department of Transportation officials recently authorized contractor O. Trevino LLC, Roanoke, Texas, to perform concrete repairs along Interstate Highway 30 in Hopkins County during the coming year on an as-needed basis. Cumby PD Arrest Dallas Pair for Heroin, Meth
Paula Jean Kelly, 58, and Billy Jackson Mitchell, 54, of Dallas were arrested Monday night at the 110-mile marker on I-30 after Cumby police observed multiple traffic violations within the span of one mile. In their possession were Heroin, methamphetamine, and multiple syringes and one pipe. Both are in Hopkins County Jail charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 less than 1-gram.

Atmos Energy will begin flaring at their substation near CR 2319 and FM 1870 by Reed’s Scrap Metal and the former AP Green Brick Plant.
