Special Crimes Unit conducted an investigation involving a 3-year old child that tested positive for methamphetamine. The mother also tested positive for meth with a high level of meth in her system. July 19, 2017 – A Hopkins County deputy had been informed that Jessie Wayne Petrae (Petrea), 23, possessed a narcotic.
