February 9, 2017 – In the pickup pulling a trailer with John Samuel Maxwell, 35 of Paris, was Tara Diann Slough, 40 of Mt Vernon, and a juvenile. As the Hopkins County Deputy stopped the vehicle, Maxwell exited and began working with the trailer. The Deputy made him get back in the truck, which he did for a brief time.
