Cumby Police Find Suspected Cocaine During I-30 Traffic Stop

Two small bags of suspected cocaine weighing under 1-gram was found by Cumby Police during a vehicle search at the 110 east-bound mile marker on I-30. Francisco Javier Malagon-Perez, 31, of Denton, the driver of the Kia Sorento is in Hopkins County Jail on a $5,000 bond, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1, less than 1-gram, a State Jail Felony.
