Two Hopkins County men are touting a free App that gets athletes and sports recruiters together. The App is called The Recruiters Black Book and it was started last April by Tyrone Ivery. The Como-Pickton Eagles of Head Football Coach Charles Swann are picked to finish fourth in their five-team District 6-2A, Division I by Dave Campbell’s Texas Football Magazine.
