Sulphur Springs Police arrested four people, two each at two different locations Monday on marijuana possession charges. A 52-year-old Sulphur Springs was arrested Monday on an aggravated assault with deadly weapon warrant. Douglas Paul Merrell turned himself in at Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office to Sgt.
