April 21, 2017 – Hopkins County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Haverhill, Massachusetts man, Luis Rodriguez, 24, who is charged with shooting a woman to death in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Rodriguez allegedly shot the victim and companion outside a nightclub in Lawrence. The companion survived the shooting according to a news report out of Massachusetts.
