Naked Man Backs Up Traffic on South Broadway

If you were on South Broadway between 8:30 and 9 p.m. Thursday night, you know why traffic was backed up. A 44-year old Sulphur Springs man was walking northbound in the left turn lane in the midst of heavy traffic. He was naked. The man is charged with Indecent Exposure and with Obstruction of Roadway.
