TxDOT Plans Upgrade to Pavement on SH19 in Rains County

PARIS – Texas Department of Transportation officials today announced that a project to upgrade the pavement on a portion of State Highway 19 will begin Nov. 27 in Rains County. The contractor, Oldcastle Materials Texas Inc., was granted 210 working days, weather permitting, to complete this project valued at more than $6.5 million.
