TxDOT to Begin Upgrades on FM 21 and FM 3357 in Franklin County
PARIS – Texas Department of Transportation officials today announced that a project to upgrade two Farm to Market Roads will begin Nov. 28 in Franklin County. The contractor, CDM Holdings LLC, was granted 95 working days, weather permitting, to complete this project valued at more than $1.5 million.
