On Tuesday, July 26th, 2016, at Sulphur Springs City Hall Access Physicians Multi-specialty Clinic celebrated one year anniversary in Sulphur Springs. A banquet was held in the City Hall building beginning at 5:30 p.m.. The Sulphur Springs Clinic specializes in Pulmonary, Neurology, Endocrine, and Psychiatry. Soon they will be adding Nephrology and Dermatology.  They also specialize in Chronic Care Management, Botox for Chronic Migraine Therapy, and Diabetes Education. Animal of the Week: Lacy

Lacy is a six month old Blue Lacy/Lab mix that has been at the Sulphur Springs Animal Shelter since early July. She was found at the Sulphur Springs Veterinary Clinic and brought to the Shelter. “She’s very calm and she’s doing well with leash training,” Animal Shelter Officer Barbi Blanch said. “There’s no signs that she ever had a collar on and she hasn’t been walked before on a leash. Camels are desert mammals with long legs, a big- lipped snout and humped back. There are two different types on camels, Dromedary (one hump) and Bactrian (two humps). Sulphur Springs High School Wildcats Tennis Coach Tony Martinez welcomed youth students into his five-day tennis camp for boys and girls Monday at the Wildcat Tennis Complex. Several younger kids entering kindergarten through the sixth grade showed up early Monday morning for an 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. session. Vendors from all across Texas, whether they’re from Como or as far as Denison, flock to the downtown area.
