UPRA Rodeo Finals Coming to Sulphur Springs Nov. 17-19 at Civic Center
According to Jerry Hill, President of the United Professional Rodeo Association and a NE Texas businessman, the finals of UPRA will again be held in Sulphur Springs at the Hopkins County Regional Civic Center.
