According to Jerry Hill, President of the United Professional Rodeo Association and a NE Texas businessman, the finals of UPRA will again be held in Sulphur Springs at the Hopkins County Regional Civic Center. The finals bring the top 15 cowboys and cowgirls from the circuit to compete with the roughest bulls and broncs for top prize money and amazing rodeo action. Listen to KSST to win tickets to attend!
