Faced with the loss of an entire tournament for the second week in a row, Lady Cats Softball Coach David Carrillo and Athletic Director Greg Owens were able to put together an alternative. They secured a dry artificial turf field at Texas A&M-Commerce on Saturday and invited Sherman, North Lamar and Princeton. Each team will get in three games. Wildcats Football Coach and Athletic Director Greg Owens has submitted the football schedule for this fall. It has an August 14 scrimmage at home against Liberty-Eylau and an August 21 scrimmage at Royse City. The rest of the schedule is identical to last year except home and away are reversed.
