Laura Jamie Light, 39, of Winnsboro was stopped for no license plate on the front of a Texas registered motor vehicle she was driving without permission. The Special Crimes Unit conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Martin Luther King Blvd at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Consent to search the vehicle revealed a clear bag containing a crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine under the center console cup holders.
