When Hopkins County deputies arrived at 1495 Industrial Drive they were there to arrest Monica Renee Millan, 24, and Marquise Alfredo Hernandez, Jr., 26 following a tip from Crime Stoppers. Despite the freezing temperature, the January Northeast Texas Beef Improvement Organization’s (NETBIO) Pre-Conditioned Calf and Yearling Sale held Wednesday at the Sulphur Springs Livestock Commission attracted a good crowd of buyers, sellers and visitors — and a lot of good cattle.
