Cumby Police Lt. Paul Robertson arrested a 33-year-old Grand Prairie man caught in a stolen vehicle Saturday afternoon, according to arrest reports. Robertson initiated a traffic stop on a Chevrolet Impala at 1:20 p.m. Jan. 23, 2021, on Interstate 30 at mile marker 113.
