Two hundred eighteen (218) voted early in the November 7th is Constitutional Amendment Election. There are seven (7) propositions on the ballot. Laura Jamie Light, 39, of Winnsboro was stopped for no license plate on the front of a Texas registered motor vehicle she was driving without permission.
