One arrest, one accident, 132 calls for service, 20 citations issued, and 40 warnings written by the Winnsboro Police Department Report for December 17-24, 2018. Dallas Browning, 22, of Winnsboro, was arrested December 19th on a Kaufman County Warrant. Police reported a two vehicle accident at Carnegie and Main Streets in Winnsboro.
