Cody Lee Lagrone, 23, of Pittsburg showed signs of nervousness and would not look the Hopkins County Deputy in the eye when stopped on FM 3019 at Highway 11 Thursday night. The deputy sought permission to search the 2007 G6 Pontiac when he saw a torch lighter in the floor of the vehicle.
