Although March revenue was up, the deductions and expenses for Hopkins County Memorial Hospital created a little more than a one million dollar loss to the hospital district for the month, according to Donna Wallace, hospital CFO. Option County Jail Sales Tax Resolution Unanimous
On April 13, 2015, the Commissioners Court of Hopkins County, Texas endorsed S.B. 1158, a resolution that would provide Hopkins County Texas voters with the opportunity to determine whether to fund the county jail obligation through a local option sales tax, instead of property taxes. Diversified Minerals Begins Groundwork
Groundwork began on the new Diversified Minerals manufacturing facility. The facility is 45,000 square feet and is located at 46 Pioneer Parkway, west of CMH Road.
