Cumby Woman Arrested for Aggravated Assault

Crystal Amber Howse, 34, of Cumby was arrested following a disturbance with a live in boyfriend. Howse pulled a knife during an assault and pointed a weapon toward the boyfriend. Other family members were present. The knife was found on the front porch. Howse is in Hopkins County Jail awaiting a magistrates hearing. She is charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

The Lady Cats’ volleyball team set the school record for victories in a season and tightened their grip on second place in the district as they cruised by Mt.
