Winnsboro Police arrested one, investigated one accident, responded to 168 calls, issued 43 citations, and wrote 67 warnings during the June 18-24, 2018 report period. Leet Gatlin, 47, of Winnsboro was arrested June 21st on a Franklin County Warrant. A two vehicle accident on June 21st in the 400 block of West Myrtle resulted in no injuries reported.
