Sulphur Springs City Pool Will Soon be Demolished
In a short period of time, the old city of Sulphur Springs swimming pool will be no more. Already the slide is gone. City Manager Marc Maxwell says the fence will be coming down soon so equipment can move in to demolish the pool. Sulphur Springs High School Will Host its’ Annual Powerlifting Meet on Saturday
Wildcats Powerlifting Coach Jeremy Offutt expects to have 300 to 350 lifters at the annual Sulphur Springs Powerlifting Meet Saturday. Coach Offutt says the Wildcats should have 15 lifters including a couple of first time competitors. Veterans Jesse Ortiz and Scott Galarza are out with injuries.
