Two Attempted Sexual Assault Charges Filed Against Sulphur Springs Man

A 51-year old Sulphur Springs man being questioned by Sulphur Springs Police Detective Sgt. David Gilmore admitted being involved in two counts of attempted sexual assault. The cases involved two boys. JP Brad Cummings charged Darrell Lynn Payne with two counts of attempted sexual assault and set bond at $30,000 on each count. As a stipulation of bond, Payne must wear a GPS device so he can be tracked by lawmen.
