Coach Abron on Last Weeks Effort and Longview Friday

As the football season moves into crunch time, Wildcats Defensive Coordinator Triston Abron says he is more critical. He adds mistakes like bad tackling, giving up big plays and being sloppy have to be fixed. Coach Abron says Longview is a Defensive Coordinator’s nightmare due to the way they mix things up. He adds the defense can’t stay on the field all night long Friday.

Greenville is next for the Wildcats’ football team Friday night and Lions Coach Marvin Sedberry says his program is not where it needs to be but he adds his players are making progress. Greenville is 3-2 overall and 1-1 in district play. Coach Sedberry says his best player is huge Offensive and sometimes Defensive Lineman Shaquille Anderson, 6’1 and 310 pounds. Here is some information Sulphur Springs School Superintendent Mike Lamb made about the school and county Auditorium agreement approved by both entities Monday.
